                   The School was established January 2, 1985 and since then it has been the source of Civil-Military Operation professionals in the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Philippine National Police. The school is under the Civil-Military Operations Group of the Philippine Army and is a service extension school of the Training and Doctrines Command. It is a primary Training unit of the AFP.
